The report will be sent to the email address provided by the client. This search includes antecedents of civil and labor lawsuits filed in courts, tribunals and the Colombian Supreme Court of Justice in the department reported in the work order. The management is of means and not of result. Therefore, the payment of the report will be made even if the applicant has no background. Response time of 5 business days. We use sources of information that inquire into courts, tribunals, government contacts and private agencies. The client understands that they will not be able to take any legal action for the information that BRChecks provides in the report corresponding to the work order or the consequences that derive from it and that there is confidentiality between the parties.

In compliance with Law 1581 of 2012, BRChecks will not be able to publish the information provided by the client by any means nor will it use it for a purpose other than exclusively dedicated to the purpose of this order, in the same way that it will not be able to search in reserved databases. This work order does not generate any kind of employment relationship, so BRChecks will not be able to sue the client under any circumstances.
