The report will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
This search includes crimes contemplated in the Colombian Penal Code, Law 599 of 2000 and committed since January 1, 2005. The management is of means and not of result. Therefore, the payment of the report will be made even if the applicant has no background. Response time of 3 business days. Our sources are informed in courts, tribunals, governmental and private contacts. NO National Police Certification is available for this product. If you need certified police records for immigration purposes, follow the legal procedures established by the Colombian State for that purpose. The client may not take any legal action of any kind for the information that BRChecks provides in the report corresponding to the work order or the consequences derived from it. There is confidentiality between the parties.

In compliance with Law 1581 of 2012, BRChecks will not be able to publish the information provided by the client by any means nor will it use it for a purpose other than exclusively dedicated to the purpose of this order, in the same way that it will not be able to search in reserved databases.
This work order does not generate any kind of employment relationship, so BRChecks will not be able to sue the client under any circumstances.
