This search includes an indication of the driver’s license issued to the applicant, a history of violations of Law 769 of 2002, the National Traffic Code and its subsequent modifications, details of the violation, and the status of payment thereof. The management is of means and not of result. Therefore, the payment of the report will be made even if the applicant has no background. Response time of 5 business days. We use information sources that inquire into official entities, government contacts, and private agencies. The client will not be able to take any legal action for the information that BRChecks provides in the report corresponding to the work order or the consequences derived from it and that there is confidentiality between the parties.

In compliance with Law 1581 of 2012, BRChecks will not be able to publish the information provided by the client by any means nor will it use it for a purpose other than exclusively dedicated to the purpose of this order, in the same way that it will not be able to search in reserved databases. This work order does not generate any kind of employment relationship, so BRChecks will not be able to sue the client under any circumstances.
