The report will be sent to the email address provided by the customer. Response time of 7 business days. The client may not take any legal action of any kind for the information that BRChecks provides in the report corresponding to the work order or the consequences derived from it. There is confidentiality between the parties.
In compliance with Law 1581 of 2012, BRChecks will not be able to publish the information provided by the client by any means nor will it use it for a purpose other than exclusively dedicated to the purpose of this order, in the same way that it will not be able to search in reserved databases. . This work order does not generate any kind of employment relationship, so BRChecks will not be able to sue the client under any circumstances.
